Hello! My name is Katie Hendershot. I moved from Illinois to Cape Coral in 2007. It's been an incredible journey, and I've come to love and understand this vibrant city and I want to use my knowledge to help and guide you to make your real estate dreams a reality.
With a passion for helping families flourish, I pursued a B.S. in Family and Consumer Sciences/Family Services from Eastern Illinois University. Eager to make an even greater impact, I went on to achieve a Master of Arts in Teaching from Olivet Nazarene University. My background in education has instilled in me the values of patience, attentiveness, and empathy, which I carry with me as I assist my clients on their real estate path.
I started my professional career as an elementary teacher, where I became a mentor to young minds and earned the respect of both students and colleagues. As I transitioned to teaching in middle school, I honed my communication skills and learned how to navigate diverse situations with ease—skills that prove invaluable in my role as a realtor.
My experience in education uniquely prepares me to cater to your real estate needs. Like I nurtured a love for learning in my students, I now strive to educate and empower my clients throughout their buying and selling journey.
